Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome diagnosed clinically

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients who meet any of the following criteria: 1) patients with chronic kidney disease in the past. 2) pregnant or perinatal patients. 3)Patients who the researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion.
