Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who were diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation and required surgical treatment according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines · orthopedic fascicle of the Chinese Medical Association; ? The patient volunteered to undergo foraminoscopic treatment; ? Signed informed consent; ? ASA class I to II; ? Imaging data were fully available, and clinical symptoms were consistent with imaging; ? After more than 6 weeks of conservative treatment and no effect, the VAS score was = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with serious cardiovascular disease, liver disease and kidney disease; ? Patients who suffer from mental illness and are difficult to complete treatment; ? Patients with menstrual period, pregnancy or severe anemia; (4) Patients with blood diseases such as thrombocytopenia or with bleeding tendency; ? Patients with skin allergy or infectious venereal diseases in the operation area; (6) Tumor, tuberculosis, serious systemic infection, etc; (7) Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent, have poor compliance and cannot accept long-term follow-up; (8) The responsible segment has a history of lumbar surgery; (9) Extruded, multi segment lumbar disc herniation; (10) Contraindications to ozone therapy, such as glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (favism) and hyperthyroidism.
