Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes established by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999; Age 60-75 years old; It is difficult to get medical treatment, the distance between the residence and the hospital is more than 6 kilometers, and the lack of family members to accompany them; Volunteer and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria
