Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The parturients in our hospital with regular check-up and follow-up ?Primiparity with Singleton pregnancy and natural birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Family history of genetic disease; ? Age >35 or <22 years old; ? Use antibiotics, immunosuppressive drugs and other drugs within 1 month; ?Patients with preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, autoimmune diseases and other obvious medical and surgical diseases; ? Premature rupture of membranes, abnormal amniotic fluid, abnormal placental morphology, fetal chromosomal abnormalities or congenital developmental malformations. ? Fever, diarrhea and other symptoms 1 week before sampling; Complicated with chorionic amnitis; Other maternal infections such as Aids, HBV and syphilis infection, urinary tract infection, perianal abscess and GBS positive, etc.
