Group S:Postoperative analgesia is given only to sufentanil

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who are going to undergo elective caesarean section; 2. Age: 20~35 years old; 3. ASA score I~II.; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form for lumbar anesthesia and postoperative self-controlled venous analgesia; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness or use of psychotropic drugs; 2. History of drug, alcohol, or opioid abuse; 3. Are being treated with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors; 4. Have taken other investigational drugs or participated in other clinical trials in the 3 months prior to enrollment; 5. Those with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 6. Those with allergies and allergies to opioids and hydromorphone; 7. Failure to cooperate with the study for any reason.
