Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction; 2) age of 18-60 years old (according to the age of anterior cruciate ligament surgery indication); 3) negative preoperative DVT screening; 4) subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who could not receive intervention within 6 hours after surgery; 2) Contraindications of comprehensive lymphatic drainage therapy: decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic edema, congestive heart failure, acute inflammation caused by bacteria/viruses/fungi, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, acute renal failure, acute venous disease; 3) Contraindications of intermittent pressure pump: lower extremity arterial disease, severe neuropathy, severe leg deformity, large area of leg edema, local skin or soft tissue lesions, limb gangrene; 4) patients combined with other ligament injuries; 5) the patient underwent unconventional ACL reconstruction (artificial ligament) if any other surgical procedure resulted in a postoperative rehabilitation protocol inconsistent with the traditional ACL surgery.
