Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The test group met the diagnostic criteria of dry eye diseases of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the criteria of liver and kidney yin deficiency It also conforms to the corresponding factors that cause dry eyes caused by aging or Sjogren's syndrome. The healthy control group met the above health standards. Subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of eye injury, acute inflammation or infection. History of eye surgery within half a year. Those with major medical diseases.
