Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the AACE diagnostic criteria with strabismus > 20PD 1,Acute onset, acquired esotropia, sudden diplopia (ipsilateral horizontal diplopia) 2,Intermittent or constant esotropia 3,normal motility, having equal deviation in all directions and no signs of paralysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1,accommadative spasm, convergent spasm and accommodative esotropia 2,Vertical unconcomitant ( AV pattern) 3,Abnormal oblique muscle function 4,limiting factors in the rectus muscle tested by forced duction test 5,nystagmus 6, amblyopia 7,anisometropia 8,Organic diseases of the anterior segment and posterior segment, abnormal craniofacial development affecting the orbit, and obvious nervous system abnormalities 9,Preterm term, low-body weight infants 10,Nervous and psychiatric system abnormalities and taking psychotropic drugs
