Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Unilateral stroke (hemorrhagic (without cranial decompression surgery), ischemic) meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (CT or MRI confirmation is required to keep files for further subgroup analysis) (2) First onset, 2 weeks = duration of stroke = 6 months. (3) Age 18 years or older. (4) infiltration and/or aspiration confirmed by electronic fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) (5) Puddlefield drinking water test = grade 3. (6) Family members or the patient himself signed the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Swallowing problems caused by other neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, motor neuron disease, cranial trauma, and patients with cerebellar or brainstem strokes. (2) History of intractable epilepsy. (3) Intracranial metal implants and/or cardiac metal implants. (4) Pregnancy. (5) Patients with unstable vital signs or in the acute phase of the disease. (6) Patients with poor cognitive function, unable to cooperate with relevant examinations and treatments.
