Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First stroke, 1 week<course<3 months, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage via CT or MRI (2) Age 18-80 years old, primary school or above education level (3) MoCA score<26 (4) No consciousness disorders, able to cooperate with assessment and training (5) No cognitive impairment before stroke (6) Normal vision or corrected vision (7) Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have been suffering from other neurological diseases that affect cognition, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy, etc. (2) Have been suffering from other serious cardiac, pulmonary and renal disfunction (3) Have severe mental disorders after stroke that cannot understand and cooperate with treatment (4) Have visual space neglect or visual field defect
