18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with end-stage osteoarthritis of the hip who are planning to undergo total hip replacement at the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery of our hospital; (2) aged > 18 years old; (3) ASA classification: I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Elevated inflammatory indicators in preoperative examination; (2) Preoperative hemoglobin level <110 g/L or abnormal coagulation; (3) Developmental dysplasia of the hip with Crowe type III and type IV; (4) Hip joint Severe deformity, stiff or ankylosing hip; (5) autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; (6) history of hip surgery or infection.
