Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage osteoarthritis of the hip planned to undergo total hip arthroplasty at the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Elevated inflammatory indicators in preoperative examination; (2) Preoperative hemoglobin level <110 g/L or abnormal coagulation; (3) Developmental dysplasia of the hip with Crowe type III and type IV; (4) Hip joint Severe deformity, stiff or ankylosing hip; (5) autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; (6) patients with kidney stones.
