Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old, =70 years old, male and female; ? Patients with atopic dermatitis diagnosed in tertiary grade A hospitals; ? SCORAD score was =25; (4) Active maintenance therapy of TCS/TCI, NB-UVB, UVA1, immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, and immunobiological agents (one of the therapeutic methods) were used in treatment; (5) Able to communicate well with researchers and comply with protocol requirements for follow-up; ? Predicted survival =12 months; ? Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? 28 days before enrollment, subjects participated in other clinical trials; ? Patients with malignant tumors or blood diseases during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and cell therapy; ? Patients scheduled to undergo major surgery during the study period; ? Subjects with unstable mental illness, alcoholism, drug or substance abuse;
