Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for caries free group:Deciduous dentition without caries;Guardian sign informed consent. Inclusion criteria for caries group: Deciduous dentition with at least 1 tooth decayed or filled or lost due to caries;Guardian sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics used within the last 3 months; 2.Received fluoride treatment other than fluoride toothpaste in the last 3 months; 3.There is currently an active infection in any site; 4.enamel hypoplasia; 5.Unable to complete follow-up with serious illness; 6.Cannot cooperate with oral examination.
