Control group:Using 25G lumbar anesthesia needle derectly in real-time ultrasound-guided subarachnoid anesthesia

Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-II; 2.age 18-45 years; 3 BMI: 18 ~ 28 kg/m2; 4. Gestational age =37 weeks; 4 Elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pations with lumbar trauma or lumbar surgery; 2. local infection at the site of injection; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or severe hypovolemia; 5 allergy to local anaesthetics; 6 Neurological diseases.
