Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants with gestational age <34 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unstable vital signs and intolerance during ROP screening; 2) Used sedatives or analgesics 1 day before ROP screening; 3) Transfer to hospital or discharge before ROP screening; 4) Invasive mechanical ventilation during ROP screening.
