Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-II; 2.Patients aged greater than 65 years old who underwent selective colonoscopy under general anesthesia; 3.BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4.Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who are allergic or contraindicated to the use of drugs in this study, such as opioids, propofol, ciprofol and their components; (2) Inability to ambulate without assistance; (3) Have a history of serious cardiovascular disease (e.g. congestive heart failure, severe angina or unstable angina, myocardial infarction within 6 months); (4) Patients who need advanced therapeutic endoscopy or are expected to take a long time (more than 30min) (5) Preexisting cognitive impairment or are unable to complete the questionnaire; (6) Abuse of alcohol,benzodiazepines or opioids; (7) Patients with severe respiratory diseases (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, acute respiratory infection, etc.); (8) severe Liver and kidney insufficiency;
