30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 30 to 70 years old; 2. Unilateral chronic Achilles tendinitis; 3. Chronic Achilles tendinitis pain for more than 6 months; 4. Magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis of Achilles tendinitis, foot 5. Heel without chronic plantar fasciitis and bone spurs; 6. No fracture and surgical history of lower limbs; 7. All signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ultrasonic results showed that the patient's Achilles tendon had been significantly ruptured: 2. Patients with calcaneal fracture, infection and arthritis, patients with bipedal pain and nerve compression. 3. Hemorrhage, rupture, infection, etc.; 4. Other methods are being used to treat patients with similar diseases; 5. Patients with a history of cryoglobulinemia, cold blood and cold solubilization, cold urticaria; 6. Severe sensory disorders; 7. History of cold allergy
