Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with new gynecological malignant tumors confirmed by pathological examination, aged 18-70 years; (2) Have certain reading, comprehension and communication skills, and be able to cooperate with research; (3) Patients and their families agree to participate in this study and receive follow-up and research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of severe mental disorders, suffering from moderate anxiety or depression, or taking psychotropic treatment drugs such as antidepressants or anxiolytics; (2) Those who are taking opioids and other drugs that may cause nausea and vomiting; (3) Those with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ insufficiency, or severe respiratory diseases such as asthma; (4) Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction, gastric paralysis, brain metastases, cranial hypertension, electrolyte disorders, hyperglycemia, uremia, vestibular dysfunction and other diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting; (5) Those who have recently encountered major diseases or life changes and are in a very unstable emotional state.
