Postoperative block group:Postoperative ultrasound-guided superficial cervical plexus block, 0.25% ropivacaine 0.2ml/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis: bilateral sensorineural hearing loss; (2) Age: 0.5~3 years; (3) Electronic cochlear implantation is planned; (4) ASA Class I-II; (5) The parents of the children signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child has a history of congenital heart disease, liver or kidney disease; (2) Children with coagulation dysfunction; (3) Previous history of local anesthetic allergy; (4) Patients with skin infection at puncture site; (5) Children with peripheral nervous system diseases.
