Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adolescents aged 12-18 years (2) The classification of malocculusion II and III ( overdeveloped maxilla, underdeveloped mandible or overdeveloped maxilla with underdeveloped mandible).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People suffering from diseases that may affect the effect of orthodontic treatment, including but not limited to congenital heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc., and other incapacitated or limited behavioral capacity; 2.After examination by a doctor, it is felt that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for inclusion; Oral disease such as history of previous trauma or orthodontic treatment, active periodontitis, carious or root canal treated teeth, missing teeth 3.Allergy to appliance materials, etc. 4.Conditions affecting the vascularity of the posterior ligament (e.g. systemic diseases, use of related drugs and smoking)
