Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; 2. 18 years old to 80 years old; 3. ASA Classification I-III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases that may cause shoulder pain (such as scapulohumeral periarthritis); 2. People with cognitive impairment; 3. Those who have taken analgesic drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with neuromuscular junction disease; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and renal dysfunction; 6. Patients with serious blood diseases; People with coagulation dysfunction
