18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects over 18 years old. 2.New patients in ICU. 3.Patients with septic shock: (1) Infection; (2) SOFA score change >= 2; (3) Hypotension (map 2.5mmol/L could not be corrected by rehydration. 4.Patients with intra-abdominal infection. 5.Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose condition can't be reversed or dying. 2.The subjects who have the intention to stop or cancel the artificial life support (give up treatment). 3.Pregnant or lactating women.
