Deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity

Interventions

Single drug anticoagulant group:Anticoagulant therapy plus plantar vein pump therapy
Anticoagulation +FVP 4h/d:Anticoagulants are also treated with anticoagulant therapy for 4 hours a day
Anticoagulation +FVP 6h/d:Anticoagulants are also treated with anticoagulant therapy for 6 hours a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) >=16 years old; (2) Body weight >=45kg (3) One or more of the following operations are expected to be performed: hip replacement, knee replacement, hip fracture surgery (the first time), lower limb fracture surgery (the first time); (4) Expected hospital stay >=3 days (5) Patients are expected to receive drug prophylaxis for VTE (low molecular weight heparin 80-100U/kg, Qd).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Received plantar vein pump therapy within 24 hours before admission to the target department (2) Prior to the intervention of the planar vein pump, anterior color doppler ultrasound suggested non-old lower limb DVT >=7mm intermuscular vein, popliteal vein and more proximal end (Interpretation of old lower limb DVT: previous history of DVT >=3 months, and color Doppler ultrasound showed high echo filling in the venous cavity or attachment on the tube wall (3) Patients who are not expected to receive low molecular weight heparin or rivaroxaban for prophylaxis for any reason (4) There are contraindications to the use of plantar vein pumps or adequate ultrasonography: Lower extremity burns, lacerations, incision drainage, active skin infections, lower extremity skin ulcers, large dressing at plantar vein pump placement or large dressing at large and lower legs, resulting in inadequate ultrasonography Acute ischemia of lower limb A bilateral amputation of the leg or foot Ankle fracture Osteofascial compartment syndrome Severe peripheral artery disease Lower extremity vascular surgery within the last 3 months, including arterial and venous surgery (5) Pregnancy (6) Limited life support system, life expectancy <=7 days or palliative care (7) Allergic to the material of plantar vein pump (8) Patients with IVC implantation
