Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: regardless of gender; ASA II-IV; Cardiac function II - III; Age 55~75 years; OPCABG was performed in patients with coronary artery disease; Left ventricular ejection fraction >= 50%; The NYHA classification of cardiac function was II or III; Informed research (approved by the Ethics Committee); Coronary artery bypass grafting was performed without cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment; Coagulation dysfunction; Uncontrolled severe diabetes (fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, or blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L 2 hours after meal) or hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg); Joint inflammation and infection of cervical and thoracic vertebrae; Application of hormone drugs; Complicated with more serious endocrine disease or immune system functional disease; Combined with moderate or above valve insufficiency; Opioid addiction or mental illness; The clinical data are incomplete.
