Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient were over 18 years of age and diagnosed with large pelvic calculus (> 2cm in diameter, including antler calculus; KUB and CT showed that the stones were intact or mostly located in the pelvis) and retroperitoneal laparoscopic pyelolithotomy were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with recurrent pyelonephritis or renal tumor. (2) Incomplete case data and lack of important index results.
