Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chondromalacia patellae; 2. Age: 18-65, regardless of gender; 3. Within 3 months before enrollment, they did not receive joint cavity injection treatment and did not take any drugs to treat chondromalacia patellae; 4. No other soft tissue and bone diseases of the knee joint; 5. No other serious nervous or mental diseases; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are lactating, pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 2. Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study; 3. Have a history of serious neurological or psychiatric diseases in the past; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Local skin infection or ulceration; 6. Patients with acute swelling.
