20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery was performed for the first time; (2) ASA I-II; (3) Age 20-60 years old; (4) Be willing to accept research and sign research application form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A long history of opioid use (2) pregnant people (3) Patients who vomited or took antiemetics within 24 hours before surgery (4) motion sickness patients (5) Allergic patients to experimental drugs (esketamine, dexmedetomidine, local anesthetics, non-steroidal drugs, opioids, etc.) (6) Bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block (7) BMI > 30kg/m2
