Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The tooth is diagnosed as chronic pulpitis or chronic periapical periodontitis; (2) The affected teeth are permanent and complete; (3) X-ray showed clear root canal image; (4) The affected teeth have no root fracture or crack; (5) Good general health, able to cooperate with treatment; (6) Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The root canal with serious calcification or serious bending; (2) The affected teeth have no therapeutic value; (3) General condition cannot be tolerated.
