Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Han 2. 19-45 years old 3. 18.5kg/m2 <= BMI <= 25kg/m2 4. Able to complete informed consent independently 5. Did not participate in any type of surgery in the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating period 2. People taking drugs that are not suitable for inclusion in the study (nervous drugs, hormone drugs, etc.) 3. Suffering from other diseases that are not suitable for inclusion in the study (diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.) 4. Unhealthy eating habits such as eating disorders and overeating 5. Presence of food allergens 6. not in the menstrual cycle
