18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinicopathological examination confirmed primary breast cancer; (2) Women over 18 years old; (3) After radical mastectomy and the first chemotherapy after operation; (4) The Chinese version of Posttraumatic Growth Assessment Scale (C-PTGI) was used to evaluate the level of patients' post-traumatic growth, and the score was <=66; (5) Informed consent, voluntary participation, understanding and cooperation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participate in other intervention research related to health education; (2) Combined with other malignant tumors and serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Suffering from mental illness, or having relevant past history and family history; (4) Suffering from other serious traumatic events such as the death of relatives in the past six months.
