Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of T2DM; refer to WHO diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, 2h postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L after 2h glucose tolerance test under asymptomatic; 2. Those aged 18-60 years, >= 6 months since diagnosis; 3. No relevant treatment in the last half month or not participating in similar studies; 4. Patients gave informed consent and voluntarily entered the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with a combination of cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents them from communicating properly; 2. Those who are allergic to or cannot tolerate steam eye masks, have wounds on the eyes or suffer from eye diseases; 3. Persons who are unable to care for themselves.
