18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The interval between periods of chronic ovulation or anovulation >= 35 days, or bleeding= 12, and/or the ovarian volume was>10 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women; (2) Other diseases that can cause similar symptoms of PCOS, such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc; (3) Antibiotics and other drugs have been used in recent one month, and sex hormone drugs have been taken within three months; (4) Non-menstrual PCOS women; (5) History of malignant tumor.
