Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histopathological diagnosis was primary breast cancer. 2.First radiotherapy aft modified radical mastectomy. 3.Age >=18 years old. 4.Ignorance and hearing impairment. 5.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Are or have been involved in other relevant intervention research. 2.There is bleeding, ulceration or serious dermatosis in the skin of the treatment area. 3.Have a history of mental illness or inability to express oneself normally. 4.History of severe cardiac, hepatic, renal dysfunction or other malignancies.
