Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed, Edinburgh handedness questionnaire Inventory51 has scores of more than 70; 2. Physical condition: physical health, mental health; Vision is normal or corrected to normal and there is no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Good compliance, willing to complete the trial, agree to sign the informed consent; 4. The age range was 18 to 45 years; And the near infrared signal pathway is good. 5. Good cognitive status, MMSE>=24. 6. Pay attention to the need for no exercise habits, and can not exercise in the process of intervention. 7. The psychological state of the subjects was good, and the Dass-21 depression score was less than 9 points; Anxiety score <=7 points; Pressure score <=14 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any conditions that are not suitable for the conduct of the test, including but not limited to: 2. Having or existing primary or concurrent central nervous diseases, upper limb peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular diseases, symptoms that hinder or limit hand function or participate in the study; 3. Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia or mental instability; MMSE 9; Anxiety score > 7; Stress score > 14; 4. Upper limb joints and trunk are unstable, or have contracture, fracture, arthritis and other orthopedic diseases; Patients with severe heart and lung diseases, vertigo, and intolerant subjects; 5. Visual, auditory, vestibular organ dysfunction; 6. Contact infectious diseases. 7. Poor near infrared signal pathway.
