Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 35-64; 2. Lived in Sichuan and Chongqing rural areas for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The residence is not fixed and regular follow-up cannot be accepted; 2. The subjects refused to participate in the study.
