65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery;2.ASA I-III grade;3.Aged 65-80 years.4.Capable of language communication;5.Voluntarily participate in research.6.Body mass index 18-30 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Long-term chronic pain, recent history of opioid or sleeping pills;2.Patients with sleep disorder or sleep disordered breathing before surgery;3.Patients with neurological disorders and a recent history of psychoactive drug use.4.A history of cognitive impairment or mental illness, or dementia or Parkinson's disease;5.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction6.The intraoperative conversion to laparotomy
