Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years old, male or female; 2. Schizophrenia patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and have a course of more than 3 years. 3. It is planned to perform stereotactic brain surgery; 4. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with blood diseases: such as anemia (HB =20mg/ day; 13. The patient's guardian refused to participate.
