Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =75 years (2) Diagnosis of ASCVD (3) Repeated and traceable records of hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe weakness (2) Fasting blood glucose > 300 mg/dL (3) serum thyrotropin level was higher than 6mIU/L or lower than 0.4mIU/L (4) Malignant tumor and cognitive impairment (5) Malignant heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, severe sepsis (6) End-stage renal disease, severe liver function damage (7) Patients with discontinuous follow-up
