Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 <= age <= 85 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1-3; 3. Three-incision McKeown approach for esophageal cancer surgery; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AF, second or third degree atrioventricular block before operation; 2. History of chest surgery; 3. Heart failure; 4. Patients with sleep disorders and sleep apnea syndrome; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function, electrolyte disorder, thyroid dysfunction and mental disorder; 6. Preoperative use of antiarrhythmic drugs, including ß-blockers, digitalis and calcium channel antagonists; 7. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics; 8. History of neck surgery, scars, anatomical variation, unable to perform stellate ganglion block or block failure; 9. Coagulation disorders or those who are undergoing anticoagulant therapy; 10. Vulnerable groups, including the mentally ill, cognitively impaired, critically ill, minors, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.
