40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who plan to undergo apical TAVI according to their condition 2) Age 40-70 3) ASA Class II-IV 4) Volunteer and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of local anesthetic allergy 2) History of mental illness or being treated with psychotropic drugs 3) Severe abnormal coagulation function 4) Take analgesics or sedatives for a long time 5) History of drug, alcohol or opioid abuse 6) Chronic pain or recent acute pain 7) Postoperative mechanical ventilation = 24h 8) Patients who refuse or cannot understand 9) Take other trial drugs or participate in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment 10) Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the researcher thinks it is not suitable to be included in the test
