Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Patient age 18-65 years B. Meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity and diabetes, i.e., BMI=28 and symptoms of diabetes (such as dry mouth, polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, hunger, weight loss, itchy skin or blurred vision and other typical symptoms) plus: a random venous plasma glucose concentration = 11.1 mmol/l; or fasting blood glucose (FPG) concentration = 7.0mmol/l (whole blood =6.1mmol/l); or a two-hour blood glucose (2hPG) concentration or an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) of 75 g = 11.1 mmol/l, or obese patients with a previous diagnosis of diabetes C. Informed consent of the patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Those who have developed diabetic complications: including diabetic eye disease, diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy, Diabetic peripheral neuropathy; B. Infectious diseases, including diseases with a clear focus of infection or systemic infectious diseases; C. Pregnant and perinatal women; D. Serious primary diseases such as malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis, and secondary cardio-cerebral hemorrhages such as coronary heart disease and stroke Tube events, and people with mental illness. E. Patients who have developed diabetic complications: including diabetic eye disease, diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy, Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (diabetic retinopathy on fundus examination, abnormal microalbumin in the urine, etc.).
