Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected patients, aged 18-65 years old, BMI <= 30 kg/m2, ASA grade I-II, who underwent LC surgery in Huzhou Central Hospital from March, 2023 - June. 2024; No systemic disease or endocrine disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sinus bradycardia; History of abdominal surgery; Take drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility within 1 week before recruitment; Previous gastrointestinal diseases, including peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases; Allergic to narcotic drugs; Unable to communicate with doctors.

Incidence of nausea and vomiting within 48 hours after surgery;
