Interventions

control group:Routine care: regular wound dressing changes and dressings for patients. Take anti-infection, fluid rehydration, and other symptomatic support measures according to the doctor's prescrip
Experimental group:Base on routine care, patients were given Wound intervention, Analgesia first, Minimal sedation, full psychological care and Maximize humanistic care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with deep second-degree burns, =60 years old, TBSA<30%; ? The overall plan was reviewed by the Ethics Committee, and the patients agreed to carry out the study; ? Patients who are conscious and can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe organ failure such as liver and kidney; ? The patient is unconscious or has mental disorder; ? Diagnosed with diabetes, connective tissue disease, tumor and other endocrine and immune system diseases; ? Patients who quit, seriously deteriorate or die; ? Patients who do not agree with the ethical review or the research protocol.
