Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed or highly suspected infection by microbiological examination; 2.SOFA score or qSOFA score ?2; 3.Age ?18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating patients; 2.No informed consent was signed.
