18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years, ASA physical status I-III, primary or invasive breast cancer without distant metastasis (stage 0-III), with or without axillary lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were allergic to study substances, had diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic inflammatory diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, could not give informed consent, could not understand the study protocol or refused to participate in the study, and routinely used glucocorticoids or anti-inflammatory drugs.
