Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Elective surgery expected to be performed under total intravenous anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Before induction of anesthesia, MAP > 120 mmHg or MAP 30%, and it does not relieve after resting for 5 minutes; 3. Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh classification > A); 4. Patients with renal insufficiency (Scr > 177 umol/L); 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (NYHA > 2, implanted pacemaker or cardioverter); 6. Patients who take oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Those who are allergic to phenylephrine; 9. Patients with bleeding disorders; 10. Lateral position, prone position surgery; 11. Hypertension and diabetes patients without reasonable treatment.
