Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. =37 weeks of gestation 2. Single live fetal pregnancy 3. Meet the indications for induction of labor: including placental insufficiency, transient pregnancy, oligohydramnios, gestational diabetes, subclinical hypothyroidism, fetal distress, etc 4. Vaginal lavage was not performed before joining the group; 5.Vaginal medication is not used; 6.All agreed to vaginal trial delivery 7.signed informed consent 8. cervical Bishop scored less than 6 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-vaginal infection or premature rupture of membranes 2. Concomitant malignant tumors 3. Have a history of mental illness 4. Caesarean section due to social factors 5. There are contraindications to induction of labor: such as breech position, placenta previa, scarred uterus, fetal distress, etc 6. Have sex within 3 days 7.Those who have communication barriers and cannot cooperate
