Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who participated in physical examination from April 2021 to March 2023; 2. The age is 55-65 years old; 3. The score of Montreal Cognitive Function Scale is lower than 26; 4. Have self-care ability, language expression ability and basic exercise ability; 5. Screening by Physical Activity Preparation Questionnaire (PAR-Q); 6. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are absolute contraindications to exercise testing; 2. Subjects who have not completed all the physical examination contents; 3. Subjects whose participation times of exercise intervention are less than 75% of the total times.
