45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective Aortic valve or mitral valve replacement were selected, regardless of sex, aged 45-75 years, Asa Class II or III, NYHAII or III cardiac function. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was more than 40% .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hepatic and renal dysfunction, thoracic deformity could not be treated with nerve block twice sternum splitting , endocrine and metabolic, patients with infectious left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 40% diseases.
